Aeris - Great Gospel

Speak to the sleeping man in a cave near Junon after you have fought a number of fights where the last two didgets are the same ie 244. The man will give you a piece of mythril which can be exchanged at the weapon shop near the Gold Saucer for what is in the small box.

Red XIII - Cosmo Memory

Defeat the Lost Number which is inside the safe in the Shinra Mansion.

Yuffie - All Creation

Defeat Godo at the top of the Pagoda in Wutai

Cid - Highwind

Again Go to the crashed Gelnika ( where you found Yuffie's ultimate weapon ) It's inside the cargo bay.

Vincent - Chaos

You recive it the same time as Vincent's Ultimate Weapon. Go Here
