Before you enter the posting area, I'd just like to throw out a few guidelines:
1st: Please refrain from cursing, using crude humor, etc. Please keep in mind that there are some younger people who visit this site for whom certain language may not be appropriate.
2nd: No flames! Though I encourage all to share their thoughts, sometimes if you can't say something nice it's better to keep your mouth--or your keyboard--quiet. Also remember, there are ways of disagreeing with people without totally bashing them and reverting to name-calling tactics.
3rd: Though it may be impossible to keep from offending everyone, I do encourage you to try. I don't mean that you should be overly paranoid about it, but just pay attention when that little voice in the back of your head starts screaming that you are probably being offensive.
In general, what all these guidelines are about is respect. Just remember that and you'll be fine.
