Good for delicate skin~
4 TBsp chopped, fresh mint leaves
10 fl.oz. fresh Milk
Mix together in a glass or ceramic bowl, leave in fridge over night(needs atleast 12 hours). Use instead of soap. Soak a cotton ball in it and wipe on face. Rinse off. Pat skin dry, don't rub.
1 TBsp. each of Licorice, Fennel seeds, Mint leaves & Parsley
Mix together & put in an airtight storage container. To use: In 1 qt. water, add herbs and bring to a boil.Turn off heat and, on a pot holder, place the pan on the table. Hang a towel over your head & hold your head about 10 inches over the steaming pan. Let the steam come up inside of the towel 'tunnel' around you, & let the herbs oils and essences do their magik.
Simply chop up the soap into cubes. Put all ingredients in a small pot to heat up on the stove. Heat until soap melts.
Any herb can be used for the herb water.
Chamomile or Lettuce for soothing the skin,
Lavender for stimulating the skin & removing excess oil,
or Rosewater for toning. You can use any others you wish for specific skin conditions.
