Make at Home Facial~

1 egg
1 sp. each of honey & milk

Beat together. Apply to face and neck. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse of with hot water, followed by cold water.

Best ingredients for making a mask...

egg whites, clay, brewer's yeast, honey, any mashed fruit & cooked oatmeal. Use these singly or in combinations with each other.

Egg whites refine.
Clay removes pimples & dirt.
Brewer's Yeast is VERY powerful as a circulation stimulant.
Honey is naturally acid-balanced & can balance either too oily or too dry skin.
Fruit tightens lax pours.
Oatmeal softens & cleanses skin.

Wash face. Pat it dry. Apply mask. Let it dry and then rinse it off. Use mask regularly, no more than 3 times a week. If skin is dry, apply a lotion.

Mint Mask for Tired Skin ~

1 TBsp. each of ground or powdered Spearmint
Honey &
your choice of vegetable oil.

Mix together & blend until fluffy. Apply to clean skin. Let dry and rinse off.

Mask for Oily Skin ~

1 TBsp clay
1 TBsp Water or Lemon juice

Mix together & apply to clean skin. Let dry, rinse off. It's easiest to mix this in the palm of your hand.

Mask for Troubled Skin ~

1 TBsp. each of Cucumber, plain Yogurt & Parsley.

Blend together until fluffy. Apply to clean face. Let dry, rinse off.

Rosewater & Witch Hazel Skin Toner~

Especially for if you use a cream facial cleanser and your skin needs a cooling to finish off.

1 TBsp vodka
2 TBsp glycerine
8 fl. oz. rosewater
4 fl. oz. witch hazel

Mix vodka with glycerine & stir well. Pour into rosewater, then add witch hazel. Bottle & shake until well blended. Shake each time before using. Dab on face with cotton ball or cotton-wool pads, etc..
