Kaonite- Kaonite was the first of Professor Tomoe's minons to get the 'Pure Heart Crystal'. She at some points on the Sailor Moon S series bothers Hotaru alot. Kaonite would take Sailor Moon's Heart Cystal but would be saved by Tuxedo Mask, but Kaonite got away with Serena's Transformation Locket. She would almost have taken Sailor Moon's Heart Crystal if it wasn't for the Sailor Scouts saving her that is. Kaonite would have a quick battle with Sailors Neptune and Uranus before the Inner Scouts joined in. Kaonite seemed like she couldn't be defeated until, the Inner Scouts and Moon did a Sailor Planet Attack, Kaonite stayed her ground untill Uranus knocked her off the roof with a 'World Shaking' attack. But, Kaonite didn't die, she would continue to work for Professor Tomoe and bother Hotaru. Kaonite would eventually die close to the end of the 'S' series by Mistress 9 destroying her with a blast.
Eudial- Eudial was the next in line after Kaonite and she was also the first of the Witches 5 to take on the Sailor Scouts. During her time, three Heart Crystals was found to be the Talismans for Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Also the Purity Chalice was discovered during this time. Eudial would die because Mimette rigged her brakes and Eudial drove off a cliff.
Mimette- Mimette was next in line to retrive a 'Pure Heart Crystal' for Mistress 9. She usely went after idols and famus people for a 'Pure Heart Cystal'. She would eventually fail Professor Tomoe enough that Tellu would just about to take over command, until Mimette tried to trick Tellu into thinking Professor Tomoe re-assign the assignment he just gave to Tellu. Her downfall after disgusing her voice was saying 'Ta-Ta' when she got off the phone with her. Mimette tried to use a machine that Eudial first made, it sucked her into a screen and amplified her power. Tellu pulled the plug on Mimette, locking her inside forever.
Tellu- Tellu was next in line, after Mimette. Tellu only lasted one episode (besides the episode where she was intoduced), she captured alot of Heart Crystal with plants, but she would be killed by her own plants at the end of the episode. Tellu was the 3rd of the Witches 5.
Villuy- Villuy was next after Tellu, she also only lasted one episode. She was smart with computers and used them to catch Heart Crystals during an exam at the Mugen School. She was also in-tune with snow and ice, a giveway to this is the Snowflake emblem on her hat. She was number 4 of the Witches 5.
Cyprine & Pikurl- Cyprine & Pikurl are twins in the Sailor Moon S series, but they counted as one person in the Witches 5. They was the last one of the Witches 5 to go against the Sailor Scouts. They was collecting Heart Crystals when the Sailor Scouts cought them and attacked them. They died by one of their own attacks messing up and destroying each other.
Mistress 9- The evil side of Hotaru Tomoe, she was awaken when Rini's Heart Crystal was used to summon her. She would kill Kaonite soon after her summoning. Mistress 9 would also trick Sailor Moon into giving her the Purity Chalice so that she could help Professor Tomoe, or so she said. When Mistress 9 recived the Purity Chalice, she summoned the Master Pharaoh 90. Soon after she started to break down and then turned back into the good Hotaru, this time as Sailor Saturn.
Professor Tomoe- He was the father of Hotaru Tomoe and the Headmaster of the Mugen School. After an explosion that killed two scientist and Hotaru, he sided with a minion of Master Pharaoh 90, which in turn revived Hotaru. He gave the Witches 5 and Kaonite the orders to find a Pure Heart Crystal. Near to the ending of the 'S' series, the minion of Master Pharaoh 90 was destroyed and he was cured of the spell. He would give Mistress 9 the Purity Chalice, but he, like Sailor Moon would be tricked.
Master Pharaoh 90- Not much is known about him, exept that he was summoned at the end of Sailor Moon S by Mistress 9 and that soon later he would be destroyed by Sailor Saturn and Sailor Moon. (Though you don't see the battle, Sailor Saturn was in the void fighting him longer than Sailor Moon.)
