Info: Chibi-Chibi came into Sailor Moon at just about the same time that the Sailor Stars did. She goes to live with Serena and her family and becomes her little sister, just like Rini. Chibi-Chibi also has the 'Odango' hair style, but unlike Rini's that looks like Bunny Ears and Serena's that looks like 'Meatballs' as Darien would use to say, Chibi-Chibi's is small hearts. When Chibi-Chibi transforms for a short time (not very long and its only for about one episode) she has Heart like crystals in her hair, similier to Sailor Moon's orbs in her hair and Rini's tear shaped ones. Chibi-Chibi comes back into the past to help out Enternal Sailor Moon, she says the reason she came back into the past was because of Galaxia was too strong in the future for Neo-Queen Serenity to defeat. Chibi-Chibi transforms once for a short time after seeing Serena transform into Enternal Sailor Moon, she didn't last very long in her transformed state and she only did it once. Chibi-Chibi also houses the Star Seed that Sailor Galaxia was looking for. Chibi-Chibi would die after she transformed into a sword for Sailor Moon to use to combat against Galaxia's sword, she died because the sword she transformed into broke, she would get revived after the battle with Galaxia. She would go away soon after to return all the Star Seeds that Galaxia took from all over the 80% of the Universe that Galaxia captured. In the Manga, Chibi-Chibi is the ulitmate form of Sailor Moon, called Sailor Cosmos, though she's not called that in the Anime.
