Info: Amy Anderson, beter known as Sailor Mercury, uses the element of water to fight the evil forces in the 5 Sailor Moon series. She is best friends with Serena and is always on her to do her studies. She is aways willing to help someone in trouble, though shes not the strongest Sailor Scout, like Sailor Moon she'll use what power she has to help out anyone in trouble. Amy, because of her smarts, Luna gave her the V.R Visor and Computer to help track enimies. She lend Sailor Moon her power vaious times, like during the battle with Beryal, Wiseman and helping Moon to get into the Death Busters hideout to save Rini's Heart Crystal. In Sailor Moon Super S, Amy, along with the other Sailor Scouts, get the ability to go to their Super form (like Sailor Moon did in Sailor Moon S), while in this form the Inner Scouts (The Outers wouldn't be in Sailor Moon again until the 5th and final series, Sailor Moon Sailor Stars.) get a wepon of made of the element that the Scout uses. Mercury's is the Aqua Harp. (These wepons can only be used in the Scouts Super Form, they gain this form in Sailor Moon Super S.)

Sailor Mercury Special: In Japan, Naoko Takeuchi, the maker of the Sailor Moon stories and manga produced a Sailor Mercury special,  its talked about Sailor Mercury and went through a day in her shoes (at least I think so, I haven't seen it but, I have heard a bit about it though) in that special she has an attack called Mercury Aqua Mirage. The special, to my knowlage, hasn't been released in America yet or if its ever going to get released here.
