Zac headed down the stairs and found himself in the living room. That meant he’d see Jenn. Dammit. He couldn’t talk to her just yet...could he? He heard a crying sound coming from the couch. He slowly made his way over to the couch. “Jenn?” he asked quietly.
She sniffed quickly, and wiped her eyes free of the tears. “Yea?”
“Can I sit down?”
“Whatever.”
Zac took a seat on the edge of the couch and cautiously placed his hand on her back. “What’s wrong?”
Jenn breathed a disgusted laugh. “What’s wrong? C’mon, Zac. You KNOW what’s wrong.”
“Why’d you do that?” he asked gently.
“I don’t know. I planned on breaking up with Sean today, but I just didn’t. I don’t know why. But I know I like you a lot. That’s why I did what I did.” Jenn rolled over to face Zac.
He nodded some. “I guess I can sort of see where you’re coming from...Cause you know, no one can resist my good looks,” Zac teased, giving her a hug.
Jenn gave a light laugh and hugged him in return. Thank God he wasn’t mad at her.
Meanwhile, back upstairs, Taylor and Kim finally separated. “Wow,” Tay breathed.
“You’re telling me,” Kim replied.
Tay glanced over to where Zac had been sleeping to see that he had disappeared. “I think someone left.”
“Who?”
“Zac, Stupid,” Tay laughed.
“Heyyyy,” Kim whined, smacking his chest lightly.
“Heyyyy,” Tay smacked at her, mocking her.
“Don’t do that or Tay-bear doesn’t get anymore good lovin’ tonight.”
“I’ll behave.”
“Oh no, don’t behave, bad boy...just don’t tease.”
Tay nodded. “Yes ma’am.” He neared his face to hers slowly, his hot breath lingering across her neck.
Kim gave a light shudder as their lips met for the second time in the past five minutes.
Tay’s lips parted from Kim’s. “I love you more than anything, than anything, I do. And I’d give anything and everything I have just to be with you. These feelings I hold inside are emotions I cannot hide. These feelings will not subside. I will give anything,” Tay spoke the lyrics. “When I look into your eyes, I see something special about you. And when I hold your hand, you seem to understand that I love you more than anything.”
Kim’s cheeks flushed to a deep pink.
“I love you,” Taylor concluded.
“I love you too, Tay,” Kim whispered. She rested her head on his chest and just let him hold her. That’s all she really ever wanted; to stay in his arms for as long as she could.
Taylor’s fingers ran over her hair, stroking it gently. He kissed the top of her head and let his heavy eyelids fall. This night was to make some great dreams.
Meanwhile, back downstairs, Jenn and Zac had decided on watching one of Kim’s scary movies. Jenn was at one end of the couch and Zac sat on the other. Jenn clutched onto one of the throw pillows, as the suspense of the movie continued. Zachary glanced over at Jennifer and then back at the TV. ‘Should I make a move?’ he thought. Slowly, Zac crawled over to Jenn’s end of the couch. Jenn saw Zac in the corner of her eye, and felt his presence coming nearer.
“Hey, little lady, would you mind some company over on these parts?” Zac questioned with a fake cowboy accent.
“Course not. My cowboy’s always welcome.” Jenn said as she snuggled up to Zac.
“So does this mean we back together now and that as of tomorrow your dumping Sean?” Zac asked.
“Yes!” And with that Zac leaned in and gave her a kiss. The first few kisses were just little pecks but slowly Zac parted his lips and Jenn did the same. Zac's tongue felt warm inside Jenn’s mouth. Slowly Zac laid her down on the couch and lightly placed himself on top of her. He braced himself with one arm and the other roamed under her night shirt. Soon their kisses were longer and more passionate. Zac’s lips moved down her neck and back up again. Jenn couldn’t help herself any longer, she slowly removed his shirt, and felt his soft, warm skin. At that Zac did the same, not realizing Jenn had no bra on. He waited for her to protest, but when she didn’t, he went back to what he was doing. As they got closer and closer to doing something neither of them were ready for the heard a noise.
“Did you hear that?” Zac gasped between his ever rapid breaths.
“Uh huh....Put your shirt on it might be Kim’s parents.” Zac did as instucted, and Jenn put her shirt on. A figure appeared in the doorway between the kitchen and the living room. Neither of them could make it out but the way the person was standing there they knew they were in trouble. Slowly the figure came out of the shadows...

"What the hell are you two doing?"
"Umm...umm…" Zac stuttered.
"Can I ever leave you two alone?"
"What are you talking about? It was like the first time we ever did anything!" Zac protested.
"Yeah and it’ll be the last."
"What? How are you gonna keep us apart?" Zac demanded an explanation.
"All I would have to do is tell Mom and you two would never see the light of day again," Taylor said. Then, Kim appeared in the doorway. She flicked on the light and every covered their eyes so they could adjust to the lighting.
"What’s going on in here?" Kim asked.
"I caught these two making out, with their shirts off," Taylor spoke in a very parental voice.
"And your point..." Kim was interrupted by Jennifer.
"Wait, wait, wait...Exactly how long where you standing there for Tay?"
"Long enough."
"Wait, but we had our shirts on before we saw you," Zac said.
"Yeah, well, I came in just in time to see the last of your make out session...Keyword last."
"Taylor, why don't you just back off?"
"Yeah listen to your girlfriend. And you both know you two were doing stuff upstairs, too," Zac said.
"That isn't the point. Zac, you’re two years younger than me."
"Yeah, and so is Kim," Zac said as he stood up, face to face with his brother.
"Well..."
"Well what?" Zac said with a shove "Nothin' to say to that one, Tay? Huh?" Zac pushed his brother to the wall. With the feeling of being cornered, Tay took a swing at his brother. He hit Zac in the side of the face. Zac took a step back and looked at Tay. Then, he too swung and it Tay right in the nose, making him bleed. Tay looked at him, holding his nose, his eyes starting to swell with tears. As he went to swing, he finally heard the girl’s hisses to stop.
"Stop!" Jenn yelled quietly, trying not to wake Kim’s parents, stepping in front of Zac.
"Knock it off you two. What’s gotten into you?" Kim asked, looking at Tay "Come on. Let’s go get that cleaned up." Kim led Tay to the bathroom she got him a wash cloth to clean his face. "What was that all really about Taylor?" Taylor knew he was in trouble because Kim hardly ever used his full name.
"I don't know, it's just that Zac and Jenn aren't even going out and they’ve gotten farther than we have," Tay said. As he awaited her answer, he could hear Zac and Jenn head upstairs.
"So, this is what that was all about. I can't believe you, Taylor. We’ve only been going out since the dance. Is that all you want because they have 900 numbers that can fix that."
"Hey, that wasn't what I was saying at all. I was just saying, you mean a lot to me for knowing you for this amount of time. I know it's going to take us some time to get there." Taylor said as he leaned over and kissed Kim. She pulled away very quickly. "Taylor, I know you love me and I love you too. Eventually, we’ll get there but now is not the time. Now, let’s go to the living room and see what Jenn and Zac are up to."
"They went upstairs though," Tay said.
"Oh well. Then let’s just leave them alone," Kim spoke as she led Tay to living room with a smirk on her face.

Meanwhile…

Upstairs in Kim's room, Jenn was trying to calm Zac down.
"I can't believe he would just walk in on us like that and start flipping out on us!" Zac exclaimed.
"Well, I can kinda see where he’s coming from because you are his younger brother and he feels like he has to protect you. Not to mention the fact that as of tomorrow, I’ll be breaking up with his best friend."
"Yeah, but that has nothing to do with it. I mean he had no right. He is just probably jealous that he ain't gettin' as much as I am," Zac said with a smirk signaling to Jenn that he was kidding.
"Well, you’re probably right because we all know Kim doesn't put out too easy."
"Yeah, but you sure do," Zac smiled, not sure how Jenn would react. When Jenn started laughing he followed along.
"Yeah well, I’m not the only easy one here."
"Yeah, I know. Tay gives it up easy too," Zac laughed. After a little while, they went back to bed.

Kim woke up Taylor and Zac and told them to go hide in her walk-in closet until her parents left for work.
"You are kidding me right?" Taylor asked.
"No, now get in there until they go to work. You too, Zac."
"Okay, okay, okay! We're going!" Zac exclaimed as the two climbed in the closet with their sleeping bags. The closet was actually very big to tell you the truth. They both fit in there with no problems.
"Tay?"
"Hmm?"
"I’m sorry about last night..."
"Yeah, me too. Sorry that I jumped down your throat and hit you, Man."
"Yeah, and I'm sorry I hit you too," Zac spoke.
"Would you two shut up in there?" Jenn exclaimed from the floor, pulling the covers over her head.
"What? Huh? I can't hear you?" Zac kidded, holding his hand to his ear.
"You heard her. Now, if you two don't shut up her parents will hear you and we'll be in deep shit," Kim said as she closed the door.
"Tay, how far do think I should go with Jenn?"
"What? Did you just ask me that? Where you went with her last night was far enough!"
"But..."
"Let's just leave it at that!" About a half an hour later, Kim came in and told them that her parents were gone.
"You guys can come out," Kim said. The two boys step out of the closet. “Jenn’s still asleep, so not too loud.”
"Wow, Tay, can you kiss!" Zac exclaimed, joking and using his fake lisp.
"Well, I will never be as good as you," Tay played along, using a fake lisp. Everyone started laughing.
"Okay, now you two are scaring me," Kim laughed.
Zac's grin grew wide. The opportunity was right there. "Well, you know we did just come out of the closet..."
Kim shook her head. "Reject."
Zac laughed. “Now look at this one.” His eyes fell upon Jennifer. “This just can’t be.” “What are you gonna do?” Tay asked, a smile on his lips.
“Yea, she doesn’t get up that easily,” Kim laughed.
Zac laid down next to Jenn, pushing her hair behind her ear. “Jenn,” he whispered lightly in her ear.
Jenn moaned, not wanting to move.
“Jenn, c’mon get up. For me?”
She slowly slit open her eyelids. “Why won’t you let me sleep?”
“Because I want to see your pretty eyes.”
“Okay, okay, okay, I’m getting up,” Jennifer yawned, stretching some.
"Okay. Listen, Jenn and me are going to take our showers before you guys because we have to do our hair and all that stuff. So, you guys can go get some breakfast downstairs...just help yourselves."
"Oh, you mean we can't take showers together?" Zac pouted.
"Well..."Jenn grinned, looking at Zac.
"No!" Taylor and Kim exclaimed together.
"Come on, Zac. Let's go get some breakfast," Tay spoke.
About two hours later, they were all ready to go out and spend their last day at the mall before they had to go back to school. They all got in Tay's car, which he so casually parked on the next block the night before and they all headed to the mall. When they got there they stopped for some lunch at one of the places in the little food court at the mall.
"So, where do we go after this?" Kim asked, trying to plan their day. She always liked to have a schedule.
"Anywhere you guys want to go. I mean we have this huge mall to cover and all day to do it," Taylor said.
"Sounds Good to me," Zac said, turning to face Jenn who nodded in approval. After they finished their meals they headed to they inside part of the mall where all the shops were.
"Hey, there's the GAP. We have to go in," Jenn smiled. They all walked into the store and looked around. After Jenn had purchased a few things they left.
"Oh!" Zac exclaimed. "The Arcade. Let’s go, Jenn!" Jenn followed Zac. Jenn liked video games but not as much as Zac did but she followed because she knew he wanted to go and he had gone into her store so it was only fair.
"So where to?" Tay asked.
"Let’s go there," Kim said as she pointed to the Bath n' Body Works. Tay followed. These places always made him sick to his stomach because of all the different smells. Kim picked up a perfume and sprayed the sampler on her wrist. She gave Tay her wrist to smell.
"Doesn't this smell nice?" Tay just nodded with a smile. " I think I’m gonna get it. That okay?"
"Yeah, why wouldn't be?"
"Because you’re gonna have to be the one to smell it a lot," Kim smiled. Tay didn't say anything he just gave her a little kiss on the cheek. After she had made her purchase, they went to go find Zac and Jenn. They were right where they left them, in the Arcade.
"Come on guys, we’re gonna go back to Kim's and watch a movie," Tay said.
"Okay," they said together. They all went out into the huge parking lot. At first, they couldn't find the car, but then they spotted it. They all got in the car and headed back to Kim's. Before they went there, they decided to rent a movie. They all went in and all of them went to the same section 'Horror'. They picked out Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, Friday the Thirteenth, and they decided to get a new one so they got Urban Legends. They all got back into the car and headed to Kim's for a fun filled night of horror movies, popcorn and rest and relaxation, or so they thought, but little did they know, they wouldn't be doing much resting.
