When a person visits your website, they can place their mouse over a certain fragment of text and a window will pop up
and they will be able to change the color of the page themselves! all they have to do is type in any standard color (i.e blue,
green, yellow, grey...) if u try the example, the color will be on the far right side of the page because my webpage doesnt
have one solid background color!
