I know how to contact your spiritual Guides. I also like to contact them and ask them for a feather for my future.
I'll go through the Steps:
1)Go into a dark, quiet room and sit on the floor
2) Put a few pink or white candles around you
3) Shut your eyes and clear your mind..You can either:
i)Shut your eyes and picture whatever is in your mind with words and shapes. If a boys been on your mind, most likely there will be his name, there will be things like animals and pictures of stuff thats been bugging you, it will look cluttered. You do not picture these things apearing there, they should be there when you close your eyes. You now have to picture yourself being in the cluttered space with everythign and you have to either picture that little you picking up everything and bringing it off your mind screen, or use a broom or something. Take your time to make sure everything is gone. Sweep up any dirt or remainders that is left.
After this, you're mind screen should be completely white, then make yourself walk off your mind screen to leave it completely bare. Then continue to Step 4.
ii) Do basicly the same thing as i) but this time put everything in garbage bags and put it by a virtual curb, then picture a dump truck comming to take it away.
iii) You can also just forget about everything by breathing in and out deeply until everything in your mind is gone and you have forgotten everything.
4) You can either say it outloud or say it in your mind, but you ask your spiritual guide to come before you. You may have to try a few times, but either a picture will apear in your mind of a person, or you may hear a voice, or simply a sentence will pop into your head.
5) Ask your spiritual guide if he or she is there. Ask it quiestions about your future or past or what you should do.
6) You can ask him/her it's name and ask it to please leave a white/brown/black feather within the week somewhere to help you with somethign like a relationship or something. Or just simply ask it for a feather for a clue to something.
7) During the week, keep an eye out for your feather, it can apear anywhere and anytime. Sometimes if can apear somewhere it is impossible to be, like it can float down from the sky as it did for me.
8) When it apears, You must write down where it was, how you saw it, what you were thinking when you found it, what you did that day, what has been on your mind that day and how it apeared to you.
9) After you have written down everything about Step 8, Read it over and put everything together, you must assume things and sometimes it can be wrong and you have to re-analyze it.
10) After you think you have found out what it means, it may tell you to do something, or just tell you somehting from the past. You do Steps 1-4 again but this time you thank the spiritual guides for the help. You may do this again sometime, but no more then 2 times a year!
Fasting
Once you start fasting, never eat until you are done the fasting period.The first to third day are the hardest because no food is going into the body. Think of your body as a scale, say you're at #4. One more day and you're at #3.Then with each day of not eating, one more number goes down. Each number is how much you eat. A normal day would be around five, then one day you don't eat, you go down to 4, then 3 which makes you extremely hungry and hurts. Then one more day and you're at 2, which is even worse, then 1. After day 3, you're at 0, and then you go into negitaves. So day 4 of not eating, you're at -1. And ever negitave is a ketone level. everyday after that, makes you go up in negitaves (ex. -1,-2,-3,-4) and Every negitave you go up, you have more ketone bodies, which help your body feed on its own tissue.
When you start to eat on day 5, you're body will switch down from ketosis and back to your normal metabolism of glucose, making you have to start all over again, that is why it's important not to bite and swallow hard candies or even gum.
The first 2 days are tempting, which is when your body has no food, and hasn't started ketosis yet.Through days 4-9 hunger decreases and after day 10, hunger is non existant.
To survive the starting of anorexia or a week long fast, You must know what kind of Fast you are doing, and the energy levels.
Kinds of Fasts
Regular fast- No food is allowed, but lots of water and beverages are required.
Dry Fast- No food or any kind of liquid is allowed
&
Week-long fast- There is no harmful or weakening results come of this.
Long fast-Extends from 1 to several weeks and according to individual vitality, this could include loss of energy, blurred vision or weight loss.
Now that you know what kind of fast you are going to be doing, you must know the energy levels, and what you're getting yourself into.
Energy levels
During days 1-5-Energy levels vary from average to well below average. Feeling light headed and tired is common, due to low ketone bodys.Usually around 0.02.
During days 5-10-You energy level will be noticably increasing, as will your fatigue.
After day 10-Full energy will be fullfilled, as well as mental clarity.
Days 21-28 is miraculously erasing years of aging.
Note that after day 42, ketone levels are extremely high, and it is not considered fasting, rather then Starvation.
Tips for Surviving
-Drink ice cold water, your body burns more calories trying to warm yourself up.
- Drink hot beverages like coffee or tea, it expands your intestinal tract and makes you feel full.
-Sit up straight, you burn 10% more calories then when you slouch
-Go to the kitchen, look around, rustle around wrapers so you're parents think you're snacking all the time, and they wont suspect anything.
-When you have hunger pains, curl up in a ball
-Drink diet pop, it's only 1 calorie
-Always move a part of your body, every calorie counts.
People who can't sleep are bitchy, so I'm gunna teach you how to get ur ass to bed and actually sleep. First thing is to make sure you haven't slept the last 9 or 10 hours. Don't eat anything, or if you're THAT hungry, have something small. Make sure it's something easy to digest or it'll bother ur stomach when you're sleeping and you'll have nightmares. Then, cover ur entire bed in pillows, or just the parts like your head, your back and your feet, then make sure ur warm. Then get some milk and put about 3 or 4 full caps of Vanilla extract in the milk. heat up up for like 30 or 40 seconds and stir it. Go in your room and slowly drink it. And in about 20-30 minutes, you'll be out.
Wanna know why? There's alchohol in vanilla extract, and everyone knows alchohol relaxes you, then mixed with the warm milk, not only does it taste good, milk digests easily and milk also goes thru your blood stream, therefore, so does the alchohol.
Have you ever lied awake at night cuz you couldn't fall asleep? Of course you have!..Well I got tired of not being able to sleep and I figured out to make yourself passout/fall asleep. All you have to do is find some childrens cough medicine, preferably Buckleys Jack & Jill.Take about 2 table spoons, Then you take about 2 (Extra strength) or 4(regular) asprins and take about 4 or 5 gulps of coke. After taking the cough medicine and asprins, if you have some kind of 'cold medicine' pill, take that. Usually the childrens make you a little drowsy, mixed with the recommended dose of adult's cold medicines, it should knock you out, but just to make sure, the coke and asprin will do you in. I've experimented will asprin and cough medicines for a long time and it varies for different people, of how much your body can stand to take, so don't push it.
I have my own little Math-ish way to explain asprins. I'll show it to you and explain what it means.
RA=325mg
XSA=500mg
DA=18-20RA/8-9XSA...=5000mg
POA=20-25RA/9-10XSA...=7000mg
ODA=25-28RA/10-15XSA...=8500mg
Okay, The first thing "RA=325mg" means Regular Aprin has 325mg's in each pill. Then XSA=500mg means Extra Strength Asprin has 500mg's in each pill. DA means Dizzy Asprins. Which means you take so many asprins that you're dizzy and 18-20RA means you take 18 to 20 regular asprins to be DA.Then 8-9 XSA means you take 8 to 9 Extra Strength Asprins. POA means Pass out asprins. ODA means Over Dose Asprins, and unless you're used to taking a lot of asprins you shouldn't jump right to this(*see bottom to why) Then ....=5000mg means altogether it adds up that 5000mg's makes you dizzy.And 8500mg's makes you overdose.
Symptoms
Dizzy Asprin- You feel a bit dizzy and your mind isn't where it's supposed to be. You may get so tired that you fall asleep right where you are, or you lose control of yourself and you can't walk very much. You might pass out if you're not used to it.
Pass out Asprin- You have the same symptoms of Dizzy Asprin but a little worse. Only you pass out earlier in.
** Overdosing asprin**- This is really important cuz if you're not used to it or you're not careful, you could be in alota pain and big trouble. I've had really bad experiences with overdosing!
- You can't see straight, You have a pounding headache, your stomach kills like you haven't aten in a year. You get so tired that you haveta lay down if you havent already formt he pain in your stomach. You might start to hyperventalate or feel that you're not getting enough air. From all the medication, you're emotions might go out of whack and you might start crying. If you don't pass out, you'll hope to god you will, cuz you start throwing up over and over. After you're done throwing up, You'll pass out. When you wake up you might not remember what you did, or if you haven't slept it off yet you'll still feel horrible and you may have sideeffects fromt he medication effecting your brain like loss of hearing for a while or even a day. You might not be able to talk and you're worlds will be slurred and you might be a little slow. And after all this, you'll sleep for a long time, maybe 2 or 3 days. And after THAT, you'll be sick for another 3 days. Doing this more then 3 times can result in memory loss and not being able to remember things or learn new things.
It's very important to not overdose until you're body has build up a barrier to how much you can take, otherwise the symptoms may be harsher, or even fatal!!!
Most people complain about how cutting yourself hurts too much and they can't handle it and they cry. But most cutters who've cut for a long time know different. We've done it for so long that we learn different techniques.
Deep cuts- Usually to get deep cuts you use a sharp blade and you press down hard, and do it slowly. Which results in a deep cut that takes longer to heal, but it doesn't leave a big scar.
Normal depth, big surface cuts- Usually to get as much cut as you can with less pain, you should use a blunt object like a pin,thumbtack, end of a pencil. You press down a little, but scrape yourself really fast over and over. This results in a cut that not only bleeds and goes deep down, using a blutn object and using it fast, scrapes the skin tissue out and if you go down enough, through the tenants straight to the veins. And since you used a blunt object, it should be atleast 1mm-2mm's open, and it's a perfect situation to poke at and fuck with your veins. It takes less time to heal, but has big scars.
