Greetings Flute Students

The first three flute sectional rehearsals will cover the following information:

Week One, June 21, 2004 Flute Sectional Rehearsal
Introduction, breathing exercise, tone production in the first octave, and octave slurs exercise.  Etude sight reading.

Week Two, June 28, 2004 Flute Sectional Rehearsal
Breathing exercise.  Tone production exercise (first and second octaves).  Octave slur exercise.  Octave tonguing exercise.  Flute ensemble music.

Week Three, July 5, 2004 Flute Sectional Rehearsal
Breathing exercise.  Tone production exercise (first and second octaves).  Octave slur exercise.  Octave tonguing exercise.  Flute ensemble music.
