I STARTED WITH A STANDERD SERVICE ON THE BIKE WITH 19700 km ON
THE CLOCK.
1 Cylinder heads.
The ports and combustion chambers are reworked to
inprove flow and velocity.(Which produce more torque and horsepower that you can see on the dyno chart).
2 Valves and valves seats i have done a muilti
angle job.
3 Ajust valves clearances to race settings.
4 Set squish clearances to my specification.
5 Set camshaft & cam timing to my specification.
6 Set throttle position sensor to factroy settings.
7 Synchronise the throttle bodies.
8 And finally i put a rewriteable eprom from
ulti map for optimal fuel delivery.
The
end resuilt speaks for it's self. Weel power (hp) 130.4 Din corrected at 9823 Rpm.
Engine Torque 108
Nm Din corrected at 6744 Rpm.
I can do much more for the performance
of the bike.
