I perperd this engine for raceing i started with 996 biposto with 10.989kn on the clock and 107.5hp and torque 66.9ft
lb now i have reached at this stage 143hp and torque 110.6 Nm 1200rpm. I am not yet finished i still have to change the
exhaust system with AKRAPOVIC 60mm full line and air box and fuel system and ignition system.

Clynder heads.
The intake and exhaust ports have been enlarged and reshaped for maxumim airflow.

The combustion chamber is reworked and highly polished (it simply reduce'es carbon buildup). Valves seats have a multy
angle job as you can see on photo 3 the intake ports are nicely finished and polished.

I placed a set of intake and exhaust raceing crampshafts intake valve 37 raceing. Exhaust valve 31 raceing with a multi
angle job.

The intake manifolds are reworked and polished to fit the intake port. The pistons are from Accralite and i reworked
them becouse i changed the sqush clearance to my specification they are put to the same waight 0,403 kilograms.

These are Carrilo raceing rods (I think that they are one of the best that money can buy for building a high performance
engine).

I made the crankshaft lighter in waight 4,2 kilograms and then i rebalanced for a smoother running.

Polishing a crankshaft reduces fuction and drag removes all the microscope surface irregularities witch can proagate
into larger defects and cranks under extreme stress.

And then finally i put a ducati corse gear box in side.
