Who We Are

Moms' Angels was started in August of 2001.  We started out as a group of 7 women from an AOL message board who simply wanted to be able to give little "pick-me-ups" to other Moms when we felt they needed it.  The only thing that has changed since then is that we are now a group of over 40!

How It Works

The first and most important rule of Moms' Angels is that YOUR FAMILY COMES FIRST.  You are never obligated to contribute financially in order to remain in the group.  However, we do depend solely on contributions in order to provide our gifts.  Please see the Donations Page for more information.

A note from the founder of Moms' Angels

Moms' Angels,
This past summer, I found an AOL Message Board and never even imagined I'd found some amazing friends when I first posted.  Based on an experience I'd had with a Writing Board I'd been a part of for years previous, I wanted to make it possible for us all to support each other with more than just the words on the board, as important as those might be.  So I posted about it.  The response was minimal in number but huge in power of thought...because with the people who joined in my original thought, I've watched this group grow...and I know that will continue.
Whenever I see a card go out, the kitty grow or a request come in...I know it is "working".  Thank you ALL for making it work.
