I had amblyopia as child which an eye patch seemed to cure

it's very hard to tell from the
image but the symptom of pain in that area is almost definitive for psuedoarthrosis !
again it's difficult to tell from the image but the spots and engravings all along the verterbrae may indicate a general arthritic type problem !

problem you and dave have is being in what I call “ waiting at the end of time ”
you are damaged (like me!) you can see that there is a craziness to life that doesn't add up, but you chose to remain in that “ end of time ” space (which is basically loafing around) and not take the next step up !

iodine to speed the metabolism up !
with that weight you will damage your joints with most exercises anyway !
