Both the buition private person or organization is the same .But if you study by outside organization's money except railway organization the buition will be 50% more money.Because the Railway college is an economic entitly's scool .It is not relevant to study by the state grant.

The Tuintion reduction

The tuintion can be reducced till 50-100% of it in case a half or a completlety orphanchild or child from a family which has lower income than the living guarenteed level ,wants to enroll.
