Campbell Park Parish Council now has two offices. The main office in Fishermead House (formerly the Neighbourhood House) is open from 0900 - 1600 Monday through Thursday and 0900 - 1500 on Fridays. This building houses the Admin Manager, Estates Manager, Crime and Community Safety Officer, and the Thames Valley Police Area Beat Officers.

The functions of the Clerk are carried out 126 Vellan Avenue, Fishermead.

Both buildings are closed on bank and public holidays.

The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister has decided that certain parish and town councils may qualify for "Quality Council" status. To qualify various standards have to be achieved and services provided.

One of the services that must be provided is a web site with an associated email system that members of the public can use to communicate with council members and staff. To meet this requirement Campbell Park Parish Council web now have a site on-line at www.campbell-park.gov.uk.

To minimise confusion they have set up their email system using the same format as that used by the district council to address councillors and staff. This means that to address a message you enter the name in the following format:

[forename].[surname]@[nameofauthority]

or

[job title or service]@[nameofauthority]

The following are examples:

To address You would use
The Parish Clerk clerk@campbell-park.gov.uk
The Chairman isabella.fraser@campbell-park.gov.uk
The Vice Chairman malcolm.strang@campbell-park.gov.uk
The Crime and Community Safety Officer michael.hrycak@campbell-park.gov.uk

This pattern is followed for all councillors and staff
