The unitary county, district and borough council for Milton Keynes is Milton Keynes Council headquartered in the Civic Offices on Silbury Boulevard. Neighbourhood Services are based in Saxon Court on Avebury Boulevard just south of Midsummer Place. The core finance and legal operations are carried out in offices in Lloyds Court near the black horse opposite Brunches on Silbury Boulevard.
