Information for consumers:
- The Listed Anime VCD titles are not original;
- For certain titles, originals might be available. Ask if you're interested.
- Due to the fact that every surfer that access this site has a PC, the VCDs are tested on PC with CDROM
drive.
Tester PCs Configuration:
- Windows 95/98 with all the latest updated patches;
- DirectX6.1 or above;
- Registered version of XingPlayer 3.30;
- SONY/PIONEER/PHILIPs 36 speed & above CDROM drives (1998 ROMs);
- 64/128 MB RAM;
- Pentium I/II/II Machines;
- Please take note that we can guarantee that the VCDs are tested before being sold. However,
we cannot guarantee that they'll work in your DVD player/DVD-ROM players (the DVD standard is not yet finalised and so they aren't even compatible with their own formats), your VCD player/CDROM drives if your VCD player and CDROM drives are sub-standard (or older models with outdated ROMs) drives (especially the Toshiba players etc...) (i.e. Cheaper hardware products normally means outdated or sub- standard products and so please don't try to save on these and then complain when your hardware doesn't work.)
- All concerns regarding defective items must be forwarded within 3 days (else, the concern will not be entertained.)
- The seller is not obliged to exchange any sold items if the problem is with your hardware.
- CD casings are not sent, so as to reduce your cost of purchase (i.e. the weight of the CD cases will definitely contribute to increased cost).
- We do not sell video tapes/LDs/DVDs. (At least, till current period).
- All VCDs comes with printed CD labels etc..

- After submission of your orders, you'll receive an account number & a PO BOX address for sending your payment.
- This account number will allow you to view the progress of your orders. (Note: This feature is currently disabled due to it's extreme vunerability. It'll be up again after it is patched and checked for further problems).
- We only accept cash payments.
- Your orders will only be processed when your payment is received.
- Your orders will be posted to you (after the receipt of your payment), within 1 (min) to 3 (max) weeks.
- If for any reason that your orders cannot be sent to you, your payment will be refunded.
- If you had sent your orders and a reply stating that your orders are under processing was not sent to you within 4 days, it probably meant that the server had lost the email. When this is the case, please resend your order.
