Noosa

On this map you can see where Noosa is located.

Aerial view of Noosa and Noosa National Park.

This is the villa where we stayed...

...and here you can see the part of the building with our appartment.

This is the breakfast veranda with magnificent views over Noosa, the river, the coast and beaches, and Noosa National Park.

Great view, isn't it?

The appartment from inside.

The garden kitchen - up here in the subtropical regions of Australia, life is happening more outside than inside.

Laguna Bay, the most important beach of Noosa. Due to the waves, it was much nicer to swim in the mouth of Noosa river.

Promenade near Laguna Bay.

Wild turkeys like this one are all over Noosa...

... and big frogs like this one made noise or could be seen in the dusk.

Sunset on Noosa river, our preferred swimming spot.

Brisbane

Just a few pictures to show you Brisbane, which is worth at least a day trip. For us, it was a little too busy, however, after the time in the outback and the beautiful nature in and around Noosa...

Views of Brisbane, also located on a river and with beautiful beaches near at hand.
