Jonas Chuka Obodoefuna was born in Birmingham, England in 1972. The first child of a prominent Engineer and the maternal grandson of the late Chief Jonas Ifeobu (Ajee Chiugo of Obosi), Jonas grew up both in Nigeria and the UK. In 1979 he attended Corona School, Apapa, Lagos before moving back to the UK with the rest of the family. By the early eighties, Jonas was back in Nigeria attending Dennis Memorial Grammar School in Onitsha, Anambra State and St Finbarrs College, Lagos where he finished his school certificate with several As. Back in the UK, Jonas enrolled into St Philips 6th Form College and on to The University of Bradford graduating with a second class upper BSc in Technology and Management. Jonas immediately started his Sales & Marketing career in Information Technology dealing with the banking sector in London. After 5 years of living and working in the South East of England, Jonas decided to move back to Birmingham and he is currently a Business Consultant with a large Telecommunications Company there. Jonas has two Brothers, both of whom are Computer Consultants and a Sister who is a Medical Doctor. In Jonas own words: "Words cannot even begin to describe how I feel at this time. I really do feel blessed with such a special person in my life. To me our Wedding is an event, yet our Marriage will be a lifetime journey which I am looking forward to with anticipation and reverence." | | |
