Made up of some 20 regular members who have a special devotion to the Mercy of God, the movement as first founded by
the
St. Maria Faustina Kowalska,
who was personally instructed by Jesus to spread this devotion worldwide.
Each day at 3:00pm, the time of Jesus's death, prayers for the conversion of sinners, atonement of sins and other petitions
are said.
The group's many activities include monthly prayers in church every Friday
of the month at 6.00pm before mass, hospital visits and prayers at wakes. Members participate in the annual retreat and
Novena before the Feast of Mercy. The founder's feast is celebrated on 5th October.
