Saiyan Transformation

Regular Saiyajin Form	First Seen In: DB. This is the regular form of the Saiyajins, that are from Planet Vegeta. This race is one of the most powerful in the Galaxy. When recovering from a beating, within an inch of their life, they can heal back up and become stronger than ever. Since their planet was destroyed by Frieza, they're nearly extinct. Though, only 4 of them managed to survive. Goku, Nappa, Radditz and Vegeta. And at the end of DBGT, only one Saiyajin is left alive. Vegeta.
Oozari	First Attained By: Early Saiyajins. First Seen In: DB. In this form, at the first glimpse of the Moon, a Saiyajin turns into a huge ape-like beast, with 10 times their normal power. They have super hearing and quick reactions, making this form of the Saiyajins a deadly one. Though, a Saiyajin can only use this form if they have a tail and if there is a full Moon.
Half Saiyajins	First Seen In: DBZ. This is the 1/2 Saiyajin and 1/2 Human form. They don't have the recovery power as well as full Saiyajins. They usually have the tail, but not always. They can only go up to Super Saiyajin 2 for some reason as well. Their rage can reach to higher levels than Saiyajins, without going SSJ. Though this form of the Saiyajins is much stronger, (Due to the fact that cross breeds tend to be that way.) there aren't that many of them around.
Giji Super Saiyajin (False SSJ.)	First Attained By: Goku. First Seen In: DBZ Movie #4. Somewhere close to the end of DBZ Movie #4, Goku gets so mad at Slug, that he goes into a red-orange aura flame. This is the level between the regular form and the Super Saiyajin form. This form is called Giji Super Saiyajin. (Also known as False Super Saiyajin.) When the aura flame is over him, whatever touches him burns. Though, the full Super Saiyajin state easily proves to be much better than this form. The only way this form can be attained, is if a Saiyajin doesn't have the right amount of power to transform into Super Saiyajin. Thus, their anger will allow them to transform into Giji Super Saiyajin instead.
Super Saiyajin	First Attaned By: Goku. First Seen In: DBZ: Frieza Saga. This is a state of the Saiyajins, that is enabled to happen when a Saiyajin has extreme amounts of power and can let loose with rage. They must have a pure heart and no tail. Their power sky rockets and their speed is almost unmatched by anyone. This is considered to be the ultimate form of the Saiyajins on Planet Vegeta.
Legendary Super Saiyajin	First Attained By: Broli. First Seen In: DBZ Movie #8. The last form of Broli. In this form, his opponent has to either be more powerful or as powerful as him. If not, he will not be affected by any attack from them. (Even strong Ki attacks.) Broli was untouchable until Goku got all of the Z Fighters to help attack him, with their most strongest attacks. This state of Super Saiyajin is believed to be the most rarest and most powerful of them all.
Super Saiyajin Grade 2	First Attained By: Trunks Or Vegeta. First Seen In: DBZ: Android Saga. Trunks and Vegeta trained in the Room of Spirit and Time for a full day (Year.) and found out how to ascend. Their muscles grow twice as big and their speed is decreased by a little bit. However, Trunks ascended to a much higher level, than Vegeta. Though a much better form than Super Saiyajin, this form takes its toll on the body, giving them more strength, but removing alot of speed.
Super Saiyajin Grade 3	First Attained By: Trunks. First Seen In: DBZ: Android Saga. This is the form that Trunks found, when he was training in the Room of Spirit and Time. Trunks secretly ascended to a higher level than Vegeta, but did not tell him. While fighting Cell, he ascended to this level, but he was so bulky in the muscles, that he was too slow to even lay a punch on Cell. He got tired real fast and Cell quickly gained the upper hand.
Super Saiyajin Full Power	First Attained By: Gohan Or Goku. First Seen In: DBZ: Android Saga. This is the final form between Super Saiyajin and Super Saiyajin 2. When Goku learned of the weekness of ascending, he decided to find a new form to get stronger. Goku then found a way to stay in Super Saiyajin, without having to power up and loose Ki. But when he does power up, it is enough to destroy a whole area of land, with just the aura of flame.
Super Saiyajin 2	First Attained By: Gohan. First Seen In: DBZ: Cell Games. This form looks similar to Super Saiyajin, but if you look at the two pictures together, you'll see that in Super Saiyajin 2 most all of his hair is up, not just some of it. Super Saiyajin 2 has electricity going all around the Saiyajin and the fighter has to at least be Super Saiyajin Full Power, before they can reach this level.
Super Saiyajin 3	First Attained By: Goku. First Seen In: DBZ: Buu Saga. This form looks a little bizarre, but this is no level to make fun of. The fighter as to be in Super Saiyan 2 form and then be extremely angry to do this. When he does reach this form, his hair becomes extremely long and their eyebrows are taken away. They become extremely fast, but their strength is lowered, making this form questionable.
Mystic Form	First Attained By: Gohan. First Seen In: DBZ: Buu Saga. This form is what Gohan attained, while training with the Kaioshins. In this form, Gohan can achieve powers beyond SSJ, without even going SSJ. Though, it's never known if Gohan ever mastered the Mystic Form. If he did master it, he would have never needed to go Super Saiyajin 1 or 2 anymore.
Golden Oozari	First Attained By: Goku. First Seen In: DBGT: Bebi Saga. This form is attained by a Saiyajin with great power, looking down at a full Earth. This is a totally pure energy form of a Saiyajin. Though, it was once thought to be the highest form of the Saiyajin, (Up to that point.) it is proved wrong when Super Saiyajin Level 4 is shown. No other form of Super Saiyajin can face this form alone. Accept One.
Super Saiyajin 4	First Attained By: Goku. First Seen In: DBGT: Bebi Saga. The ultimate form of all Super Saiyajin forms is Super Saiyajin 4. When a Golden Oozari concentrates all his anger and powers it up, they shrink into a regular size Saiyajin. This form gives them fur all over themselves, with black hair and a much longer tail. This form is THE best form a Saiyajin can require, that is actually known.
