By placing an order you except the terms of sale. We try to provide same day shipping on orders paid by cashier checks and money orders. Personal checks are also acceptable however, if funds can be verified, item(s) will be shipped the same day that check is received, otherwise we will hold order until full funds are deposited in our bank account.
Items will be shipped insured with tracking #.
Please include item number on your check or money order.
Please include these numbers on all other correspondence regarding your order.
Shipping Charges:
Please include $5.00 shipping and handling for jewelry, or $10 shipping and handling for all larger items.
Acceptable Payment:
Money Order, International Money Order, Certified Bank Check,
USA citizen's personal USA bank account checks only.

For Your Satisfaction:
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, we will gladly exchange item or refund your money according to our terms of sale. Returns must be made within 15 days of dated receipt of the item(s). You must receive a material authorization number (RMA) issued by us; No Exceptions! The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package and on all correspondence and packing slip. Alaska Al's reserves the right to refuse to refund, credit or replace any returned item(s) that are not shipped within 15 days of receipt and/or are not in their original condition and packing. Please keep for your records any invoice and tracking numbers of any returned item(s).
NOTE! If the package you receive shows external damage when delivered, immediately make notice to person delivering the package that it is damaged and file a damage claim. Ask the delivery person for help.
