MACROBIOTICS ONLINE
Web page of The Kushi Institute. For those of you who don't know, macrobiotics is a system of diet and health designed to optimize human performance in all areas. I am just now learning about it so I won't say more in case I am incorrect about anything. VERY interesting stuff. Actor Dirk Benedict (Battlestar Galactica, The "A" Team) cured himself of a prostate tumor using this dietary system without drugs or surgery.

KING ARTHUR FLOUR
The King Arthur Flour Company has been around for years, making flour the old fashioned way, that is unbleached, unbromated, just plain flour the way it is supposed to be. They sell lots of other interesting stuff, too. Check out their print catalog, good recipes. They also sell SAF instant yeast, which is a fine product. I have used both of the major "off-the-shelf" brands, and have had lousy luck with Fleishman's. If I have to use and off-the-shelf brand, I go with Red Star.

WALTON FEED
A good source of many items pertaining to self sufficiency and preparedness. However, be warned Y2K has got a lot of people running scared and these guys have a backlog of orders trying to keep up.
