B. Max Mehl promoted this date as a great rarity. It certainly
is rare, but not as rare as many other dates of this difficult series.
Business strikes can be differentiated from proofs by the floating
curls behind the neck. Breen's estimate of 12-15 business strikes
surviving is much too low.
