~ Here's another little one who happens to be the son of one of my dragons. His name is Blake and his parents and Noelle and Fritillary. No one is quite certain what their offspring will look like as Noelle is the only legless dragon in DRAC so far, and thus the first legless dragon to bond. He might end up with no legs, two legs, or four legs like his father. Another added twist is that his father is half Rainbow Butterfly Dragon, so he might even end up coccooning! I guess we'll find out though, won't we?

~ Jemmy awakens with a start, something was happening to one of her dragons. Glancing up at the canopy above her, which showed the stars outside, she gently probed each of them. The strange feeling was coming from none other than Blake! The first Tien-Lung dragon was hatching! The elf threw off her covers, which landed in a disgruntled pile on the floor, and shot out of her bedroom.

Only to find...

Four sleeping Night dragons in her main room. Oh dear...

Quietly, the princess tiptoes over to the egg, which is moving around in a hatching fashion. When she gets about halfway to the egg, it falls over onto the floor, shattering into a million pieces. The hatchling inside has definately taken more after his mother than his father, with no legs, large wings, and a long tail. Blake hasn't quite gotten the hang of using his wings yet and instead of flying, rolls around on the eggshell pieces, cracking them even smaller and making a general racket.

Jemmy chuckles softly as she reaches his side and begins to untie his tail, as he had gotten it into a bit of a knot. 'I choose you,' Jemmy hears in her head, as Blake falls asleep in her lap. Afterall, hatching is hard work.

And all of the ruckus woke up at least one member of the Night family. Tiaida looks up and sees a new, and odd looking, hatchling laying in Jemmy's lap. She loosens herself from her brother, who had rolled half on top of her during his potion wraught sleep, and bounds sleepily over to her bondmate. "Who's that?" she asks with wonder, not wanting to wake the little dragon up.

"This is Blake," the princess answers. "The first son of Noelle and Fritillary." Tiaida looks at the other hatchling before yawning wide. "Come now, Tiaida," Jemmy says. "You need to get your sleep."

The Night hatchling nods wordlessly, another yawn coming to the surface. Then Tiaida curls up next to Jemmy and Blake and falls asleep. Jemmy soon follows, as Blake had woken her up from her own slumber and the three snooze the day away happily.

~ You know, my brother Confucious is rather stupid. He thinks the purple in him makes him look so tough, I think it just makes him look like a peacock. Silly dragon. Doesn't he know that I'm mother's favorite?

~ Ah, I suppose that Confucious isn't all that bad in the end. He acts a lot like I do, but he keeps looking at Tiaida in odd ways. I can't figure out why.

~ Ah, the joys of life. My brother, Confucious, is in love with my cavemate, Tiaida. Whether she knows it or not doesn't matter, as she seems to show no interest in him at all. Or at least she shows a lot of interest in another friend of ours, Firecracker. He's a Snap Dragon. It's fun to see how many times I can jab my brother about the whole Tiaida situation. I don't care if he knows I'm doing it or not, there's nothing that he can do about it. I also met this other dragon. Her name is Melaphiel. Kind of an annoying dragon. Tried to help her out, but she didn't want any of my help, or my brother's or Firecracker's. We were even being nice. But hey, she was an abandoned dragon. Must have been the reason that no one wanted her. I certainly wouldn't want a crybaby like that. But she might be of some use later on, so there's no reason to make her feel horrible just yet.

~ Oh, this is so much fun. My brother, Confucious, and Firecracker seem to have upset Tiaida. It is especially enjoyable that my brother is so hurt. I know that he really cared for Tiaida, and would love to be her lifemate if she would have him. Too bad that'll never happen now. Too bad for him anyway. This is just delicious. I didn't even have to plant any seeds in Tiaida's head, Confucious messed up all on his own!!! Too bad Firecracker had to get involved, but hey, the more the merrier.

~ Oh, this is just wonderful. Tiaida and Firecracker lifebonded!!!! My brother is so miserable now. This is delicious. Though, a funny thing happened the other day. I was looking up at the sky and felt this horrible pain, then a shooting star coming down far off from where I was. The next thing I remembered after that was waking up on the ground with a headache.

~ Well, not too much has been happening in my life recently. I met this little dragonpillar named Juturna. Acted like I was her friend, you know, the usual deal. We'll see how I can use her later on. On another note, the four of us are back together, myself, Confucious, Tiaida, and Firecracker. There was this incident with an annoying little Fire dragon named Stardust. Dyliess is going to become her tutor for manners. There's also this legless Fire dragon named Vigor with one horn. I think that his egg was frozen and stunted his growth and that the ice inside of the egg froze a horn onto his head. Or maybe his horn is a leg because the freezing messed up his body and so it thought that legs should go on your head. That's amusing. Oh, also met my sister Nagaina. She has two legs, which is really rather amusing. She looks a lot more like father, but then, Confucious and I look very much like mother.
