where to stand and what to stand for, because

As Christians we are endowed with a new spiritual nature that enables
us to see the world as God sees it - dark, desperate and enslaved to sin.
When Jesus came into our lives, He opened ours eyes to the truth of
God’s Word and illuminated the path to pleasing God. By His Spirit,
God focuses us on the dire needs of those around us and leads us to do
exploits for His kingdom. With God’s vision in our hearts and a Bible in
our hands, we can turn the world away from darkness and death and
toward light and life.
