You Are Number
Lee & I were set up on a blind date by my godmother (Lee's mother's friend/neighbor). We both grew up in the same area, and both graduated from UCLA (go Bruins!) but never crossed paths until Barbara (my godmother) demanded that we go out at least once!
Our first date was at the C&O Trattoria in Venice, California. A little music, a lot of pasta and a few glasses of chianti later. . . well the rest is history!
The Proposal
We spent the rest of the afternoon looking at engagement rings and grinning like fools. We waited until later that evening to tell our family & friends about our engagement. It was a wonderful secret that we shared together all day long!
