The Judge Court is comprised of The Coven Leader, the Chairmen of each designated functional group, along with the Coven High Priest and High Priestess. The purpose of the Judges Court is to resolve any and all problems presented to it. Every effort should be made to resolve conflict between the parties without the involvement of the Judges Court. The Leader presides over the Judges Court and does not vote unless the Court is deadlocked. The finding of the Judges Court is final and no appeal is granted. Each person that wishes to appear before the Judge Court must be represented and sponsored by a 2nd or 3rd degree member. If a member of the Judges Court requests an action by the Court, that member shall temporarily vacate their position on the Court and the Leader will designate the next highest member to fill the vacancy for the duration of the case.

Only testimony and evidence presented to the Court will be considered .For the duration of the case no member may speak of the proceeding’s to another Coven member. At the conclusion of the Court, all findings shall be made available to the membership for review.
