706. Samuel Shepherd⁸ Crissey (Harlow⁷, Samuel⁶, Martha⁵ Davenport, John Iv⁴, John Rev.³, John Jr.², John Rev.¹) was born in Stockton, New York 13 Aug 1833. Samuel died in Fredonia.

He married twice. He married Mary Anna Leonard in Fredonia, 29 Dec 1859. Mary was born in Fredonia 10 May 1834. Mary died 31 May 1868 at 34 years of age. He married Ella Ann Judson Wright Mrs. in Fredonia, 4 Jan 1871. Ella was born in Bristol, Vermont 27 Apr 1841.

Samuel Shepherd Crissey and Mary Anna Leonard had the following children:

1398 i. Jay⁹ Crissey was born in Fredonia 13 Jan 1861.

1399 ii. George H. Crissey was born in Fredonia 24 Dec 1862.

1400 iii. Howard B. Crissey was born in Fredonia 22 Feb 1865. Howard died 13 Nov 1889 in Fredonia, at 24 years of age.

Samuel Shepherd Crissey and Ella Ann Judson Wright Mrs. had the following children:

1401 iv. Newton Kingsbury Crissey was born in Fredonia 12 Jul 1873.

1402 v. Lester W. Crissey was born Jul 1877. Lester died Aug 1877.
