Find Your Representatives
A very good search engine for
State Representative's addresses

Letters that ANCPR has sent out to decision makers concerning the issue of
Child Support Enforcement and Joint Custody.
You can use them in your own letter writing campaign.  ANCPR urges you to do this.  We would love for you to join ANCPR.  But if you can't, please go out and buy a role of stamps and a box of envelopes, copy these letters, and paste them into your own document.  Or, simply print them directly off the page,
and send them with your signature to your own Representative in Congress, or to your local media

 Non-Custodial Parents'
Resource Center
(NCPRC) is a growing coalition of fathers, mothers, grandparents and others, working to ensure the rights of children to have a loving caring relationship with both of their  natural biological parents and their families.

The Non-Custodial Parents' Resource Center
(NCPRC)
a growing coalition of fathers, mothers, grandparents and others, working to  ensure the rights of children to have a loving caring relationship with both of their natural biological parents and their families. Either join with other fathers and mothers in a fair fight for a fair, humane divorce and custody laws, or alone face a system that destroys YOU as a Non-Custodial Parent.

P.A.C.E.
The mission of Parents and Children for Equality (PACE) is to provide education, advocacy and support to parents and children experiencing loss of the traditional parent-child  relationship due to separation or divorce; and to promote for the children, equitable access to both parents. And for the parents, reasonable sharing of rights and responsibilities.

Children's Rights Council
Formed in 1985, the Children's Rights  Council (CRC) is a national non-profit  organization based in Washington, DC that works to assure children  meaningful and continuing contact with  both their parents and extended family  regardless of the parents' marital  status.

ANCPR National Home Page
Alliance for Non-Custodial Rights is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to protecting and promoting the civil and inalienable human rights of non-custodial parents and their families. ANCPR Legal Services is a fee based service for Pro Se litigants and is not a part of the nonprofit corporation, but supports its efforts. ANCPR believes that
many aspects of the current and proposed laws concerning visitation, custody and child support enforcement violate
the constitutional rights of all non-custodial parents. ANCPR also believes that it is in the "best interest of the
child" to have equal access to both parents, and that shared custody arrangements that specify 50/50 joint physical
custody should be the presumption in Family Law.

Parental Equality
and The Internet
As can be appreciated, many of the 40 million people on the internet are parents. As can also be appreciated, the issues which concern Parental Equality are not confined to Ireland. Child care, custody, divorce, parental alienation, equality, child support, etc. are all issues which are actively discussed and researched on the internet. Psychologists on the internet are studying the impact of separation on children, solicitors are looking for and advising clients, researchers are publishing reports,... and parents are looking for support and information

Single & Part-timeParents

Women For Fatherhood
Equality for All Parents and All Children
WFF believes that ALL children deserve equal protection under the law...not only those who are touched by divorce. It is our mission to change this by letting our government officials know that WE ARE  HERE and we want all children to be protected and considered WFF is dedicated to empowering ourselves, and like  minded individuals, to get our voice heard so that all sides of the divorce issue can be fairly examined.

Shared Parenting
Shared parenting is becoming the norm in marriage.
Terminating it after divorce is destructive to children.
It is irrational public policy.
