ANNUAL FEE: $11
The annual fee is to establish and keep your contact details on our database. Pay it only once every twelve months and have as many ads as you want.
MONTHLY FEE PER AD: $11
We count months the same way we count the bars in a musical phrase i.e. by the "1st" days (down beats) only. To calculate the fee you just need to count the number of "1st" days of each month you want the ad to run for, such as May 1st, June 1st, etc, and multiply that by $11. Minimum is $11 per ad.
MULTIPLE LISTINGS - Several Other Events in the Same State: $4.95
More events can be listed for less than HALF the monthly fee, i.e. $4.95.
MULTIPLE LISTINGS - Other States: $4.95
It's only $4.95 per month per state per ad to have your ad listed in additional states.
BULK DISCOUNTS
A ten per cent (10%) discount is given for advance payments which cover EVENTS advertising over more than SIX months. The discount applies to the 'per ad' fees.
CHANGES TO YOUR AD
You can fine-tune your ad or make small corrections, even after it's been uploaded to the web site, free of charge. Extensive alterations attract a $4.95 fee. Note that when you have extensive changes the new details will not be uploaded until the $4.95 has been received. We reserve the right to edit your ad for clarity and readability.
SUBMIT BY HARDCOPY: $4.95 surcharge (no surcharge for email)
There is a $4.95 one-off surcharge for any listing submitted by hardcopy (handwritten or printed instead of emailed or sent on disk).

All accounts are paid in advance by cheque or money order in Australian dollars, made out to "Hovea Music Press". (NOT "Hovea Music Events").Send the payment to:

CANCELLATIONS
Please advise of any EVENTS cancellations immediately. NO REFUNDS ARE MADE, but a fifty per cent (50%) credit may be given for future advertising.This credit must be used or booked by the end of the financial year (30 June). Monies cannot be credited twice.The listings may expand into other areas in the future. We reserve the right to move or duplicate your listing to another suitable category or page and make other changes to the web site.
Submitting your ad by email or disk
Send your cheque in the mail straight away. Your ad will not be listed until it arrives.
Submitting your ad by snail mail
Send a copy of your ad to Hovea Music Press at the address below, with your cheque or money order enclosed. As stated above, a $4.95 handling surcharge applies to each listing submitted this way (handwritten or printed hardcopy).
ACCEPTANCE TERMS
Acceptance is not automatic, and is totally at our discretion. Ads will not be listed, or will be withdrawn without notice, if payment falls into arrears. We reserve the right to run free listings and offer other special deals to selected advertisers.
WARRANTIES
HMP relies on other service providers. Therefore, HMP offers no warranty or guarantee of service. The web site may on occasions be temporarily unavailable or not updatable due to various circumstances.It is a necessary condition that you, the advertiser, implicitly guarantee to indemnify the publisher (Hovea Music Press) if the publisher suffers any liability or if any legal action is instigated against the publisher because of the information you supplied to us. You agree to imdemnify Hovea Music Press for any and all costs associated with any all legal liability incurred, or any action to which the publisher is joined, which arises out of or in connection with the advertisement. The maximum liability of the publisher---for the liability of the advertiser arising out of the placement of the ad---is limited to the publisher's fee for placing the ad. Submitting your ad implies acceptance of these conditions and all other conditions herein.

YOUR OWN WEB PAGE: $88 for first page, $22 per page for sub pages.
We can make a simple web page for you, with a link to it from the Events Listing. This will give more content to your listing. For example, you may like to include an online application or booking form, or a page with background details about your performers, including photographs.Graphics (photographs etc) can be used on your own page. These should be emailed or sent on a disk (Mac or IBM), saved as gif files. If you prefer us to scan your photos at HMP this incurrs a $11 fee per item, plus a $11 set-up fee (minimum is $22 for each batch you send us).
