More Information: She looks like a witch, which is no coincidence. She is the witch James went to when he was searching for a spell to cure Poppy of cancer. She told him that no such spells exist, and that even if there was she wouldn't help him.. at least not to cure 'vermin'. But she isn't evil. She didn't turn James in, she decided it was best to 'forget' the whole conversation. This shows that she isn't a bad witch, as she is James' friend.
