More Information: When she was young her parents were killed by vampire hunters. She had no other relatives she could go to so her Uncle Bracken raised her in California. While there she met and became friends with Morgead and when they grew older they formed a gang of vampires. Jez was the leader and along with them she hunts the nights. One night things changed. She saw her parent's death in a vision and realized with horror that her mother was human. She was shocked to find that she was part of the "prey" she hunted. Without a word, she left the gang and tried to find the truth about her background. She lived with human relatives, becoming a vampire hunter. She didn't expect to see Morgead or her gang again, and was right until Circle Daybreak assigned her to find the first Wild Power. In her absence, Morgead had become the leader of the gang, holding a vital lead on the Wild Power. Jez had to get back into the gang without getting herself killed. Things began getting tougher when Morgead told her that she was his soulmate. And indeed Jez was falling in love with him, but she was afraid. Afraid because if the truth about her family ever came out she would be killed.
