The Outer Senshi are Haruka Ten'oh(Sailor Uranus), Michiru Kaioh(Sailor Neptune), Hotaru Tomoe(Sailor Saturn), and Setsuna Meiou(Sailor Pluto). The Outer Senshi are older, and wiser then the Inner, except for Hotaru, and there objective is not to protect the Princess, but to protect the Moon Kingdom.

They dislike working with the Inner Senshi, and believe they can get things done quicker by themselves. Setsuna first Appears in the Second Season, but for the rest, they all first appear in the Third Season, Super.
