First Degree
When a member of Silver Web Coven reaches First Degree, s/he is considred to be a Priest or Priestess.
They will have {1} in front of their names to indicate that they are beginning to assume the duties of Pagan clergy.
They are expected to participte in ritual, and will write and lead at least one full moon ritual for the coven, in addition to continuing their education in The Old Religion.
When they and the members of
The Synod feel they are ready, they will be tested to
Second Degree.
