As truly as the Spirit of God
moved upon the face of the waters and brought order and beauty and harmony
out of chaos--so truly is that same Spirit once again moving o'er all the
earth, and bringing forth a New Creation of of moral, religious, and political
chaos . . . To many people, of course, there is no indication of any Revival--for
the simple reason that this is the day and hour of the Kingdom; and the
"Kingdom of God cometh not with observation . . ." It is only by the illumination
of the Spirit that men can see and know and understand the great and mighty
work that God is now bringing to pass in the midst of the earth.
