Dial your assigned Access Phone Number (APN). Be sure to precede it
with the international access code for your country.
Hang up after 1 ring. The system will call you back at your
programmed Callback Number. If you let it ring 3 or more times, the
system will answer and you will be billed for the call by your local
telephone company.
The Callback System will call you back within seconds. Within 1 or 2
seconds, you will hear the AmeriCom voice prompt You will NOT hear a
dialling tone after the AmeriCom prompt.
Dial your destination number.
For destinations within the US/Canada/Caribbean or for 1-800 calls:
Dial 1 + (area code) + number
For destinations anywhere else in the world:
Dial 011 + (country code) + (city code) + number
When the party you called hangs up, you may place another call by
pressing the # key. This will allow you to make multiple calls without
having to repeat the callback process.
When you have completed your calls, press ***# to disconnect, or simply hang up.

Using a TONE telephone, dial one of the international access codes.
Stay on the phone until the system answers.
You will hear the following VOICE PROMPTS.
Please respond as follows:
1. Please enter your 10-digit number.
Enter your 10-digit APN provided as your Follow Me access phone number.
2. Please enter your PIN number followed by the pound (#) key.
Enter your 5 digit PIN Code number and press pound (#).
3. Please enter 1 to change your callback number, or 2 to create a
customized voice prompt.
Press 1.
4. Please enter your new callback number followed by the pound (#) key.
Enter the New Callback Number followed by the pound (#) key.
For callback within the US/Canada/Caribbean:
Dial 1 + (area code) + number + #.
For callback anywhere else in the world:
Dial 011 + (country code) + (city code) + number + #.
5. You will hear your new callback number.
6. Please press 1 to use this number, or 2 to discard and re-enter it.
Press 1
7. You will hear Update Complete.
8. Please enter 1 to change your callback number, 2 to create a customized
voice prompt or 9 to disconnect.
Unless you wish to record a custom voice prompt, Press 9.
When you now dial your APN, the system will call you back at your New
Callback Number.

IF YOU WISH TO RECORD A NEW VOICE PROMPT, PRESS 2. YOU WILL HEAR:
1. Please record your voice prompt at the tone. When you are finished, press
any key.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TONE: Speak your custom voice prompt
strongly and clearly. Then press the pound (#) key.
2. Please press 1 to use this recording or 2 to discard and re-record it.
Press 1.
3. Update completed!
When you now dial your "Follow Me" APN, your call will be returned at your
New Callback Number and will greet you with your new Voice Prompt.

You may press the # button three times after your party hangs up to start another call.
You may use the * button if you make a dialing error to return to the
previous prompt.
If you do not have Follow-Me option, the system will not answer after
three rings.
If you stay on the phone until the system answers, you will be charged for
this call by the PTT.
If you have problems accessing or dialling from the phone you are on, check
to make sure you are using a TONE PHONE and not ROTARY. Most phones have
a switch that will allow you to change between the two. If your area does
not allow TONE calling, you may still use callback.
Follow the above procedures until you receive the dial tone from CW callback.
At this point, switch your phone from rotary to tone
dialing and you may dial your international call.
