Everyone sat down in the living room. "We need to talk to you six about something," Walker said as he pulled a joint out of his pocket. "Oh my gosh," Kristin said as everyone's eyes got wide. "I found this in the hallway. Either one of you are going to come clean, or I'm going to put you all through a drug test," Walker warned. "Wait a minute. I went into your room this morning to use the bathroom because someone was in ours and I saw it on Mom's dresser and thought that it was one of yours," said Taylor. "No. I found it in the hallway and I gave it to your mother, which she set on her dresser." Walker explained. "So who's is it?" Zac asked confussed. "It's mine," Isaac mumbled quietly. "What! I can't beleive this!" Zac yelled as he ran up the stairs. "Can we talk to him? Alone," Diana said as the other 4 went and sat as the top of the stairs. When they heard Isaac coming toward the stairs, they all ran into the closest room. Taylor & Beth were sitting on Taylor's bed, Zac, KRistin, & Kate were sitting on Zac's bed. When Isaac walked in Kate, Kristin, & Zac laft the room. Isaac grabbed Zac's arm. "Zac, it's not what you think," Isaac said. "Don't touch me!" Zac said coldly as he pulled away. Taylor got up. "Isaac, I can't beleive you would do this! You of all people. How are we going to tell the press about this? Right when everything was getting good you had to go and bring weed into the house!" Taylor yelled. "Taylor, It isn't mine, I don't smoke. A friend gave it to me, so I took it, but I was going to get rid of it." Isaac yelled back. "Who care?! You still had it!" Taylor shouted until Beth started yelling. "STOP YELLING AT EACH OTHER!!!" she yelled then ran out of the house and into the tree house. "Beth, wait!" Taylor sshouted as he ran after her. He found her sitting in a corner of the tree house, hugging her knees crying. "Beth, sorry about that, it's just that-" Taylor was saying when Beth interupted him again. "Ya know what the last thing I said to my mom before she died was? I was on the phone with her and yelled, 'Why don't you ever listen? I don't want you to come! All you ever do is embarass me! I wish you weren't my mother!' then I slammed the phone down. I didn't tell her goodbye, I didn't even tell her I loved her. Now I never will be able to. I see you guys fighting and it breaks my heart. You should be happy to have a brother. All of my family is dead," Beth said quietly. (A.N. Kate wrote the next part.) Taylor stared at Beth in amazement and shock. After a while of silence Taylor sat down next to her saying how sorry he was over and over. "Taylor it's not your fault. I blame myself for what I said," Taylor out his arm around Beth. Beth was glad someone was finally consoling her that she just wept in his arms. When Beth was feeling better, and not crying so much, she looked up with a tear-stained face. Their eyes met. Their lips moved closer together until they finally touched. Beth's head started spinning as she moved away. At this point, Taylor was standing up apologizing to her again. In her heart she didn't want him to leave, but she knew why he was leaving. He was leaving because he always got so embarressed when girls screamed his name, let alone kissing a girl. She wanted to yell out to him to stay, but by that time he was already down the ladder and running to the house. Beth stayed up in the treehouse getting herself together and thinking about the kiss. She smiled to herself.
"Taylor, honey, would you please go upstairs and get the girls for dinner," Diana asked. "Why can't Ike go get them?" Taylor asked. "Taylor, it's not hat hard of a task. Anyway he's setting the table. Now go," Reluctantly, Taylor walked upsatirs to the girls room. When Taylor knocked and walked in, all three girls looked up. Beth put her head down a little embarassed of what happened earlier. "It's time for dinner," Taylor said in a low, muffled voice with his head bowed. "What did you say Tay?" Kate asked pretending not to hear. "It's time for dinner," he said, a little but not much, louder. "What?" Kristin asked following what Kate was doing. "It's time for dinner!" Taylor yelled. "Ok, ok you don't have to yell," Kate said holding in a laugh. When Taylor turned around and left, all three girls burst out laughing. "You guys shouldn't have done that!" Beth said slowing down her laughs. "Sorry Beth, it was just too tempting!" Kate replied. (A.N. Kate's part that she wrote is done with now!)
