Taylor called all of Beth's friends in Minnesota. The day before the
party, Hanson spent the day setting up 50 tables, ironing table
cloths, putting 5 vodoue candels on each table, basically setting up
every thing for the next day. After they were done there was a sitting
room with retro couches and chairs & a big screen tv. They also set up
a game room with a ping-pong table, fooseball, a pool table, & air
hockey. The next day, 5 limos were sent to the airport to pick up
Beth's friends. 1 hour before the party, Hanson went to the hall and
lit all of the 250 candles. They then called the hotel where her
friends were staying and told them to leave for the hall now. After
everything was perfect, Hanson went back home to pick Beth up. "Girls!
C'mon! Let's go!" yelled an impationent (sp?) Taylor from the door way
as he walked into the house. "Is this thing formal, semi-formal, or
casual?" asked Beth, not caring the least bit if they were late or
not. "Semi-formal. The guys are all going to be wearing a nice shirt,
ya know like polo or something with jeans. The girls will be wearing a
skirt and shirt or something. Nothing dressy. If you don't hurry,
we're going to be late!" exclaimed Taylor. "Ok, we're coming! Keep
your shirt on!" said Kristin as the girls walked to the door. Beth was
wearing a white collared shirt with a blue, brown, & white striped
sweater over it, a corduroy skirt, and brown clunky healed shoes.
Kristin was in a brown corduroy jumper with a blue, creame, & brown
striped baby tee under it, and brown dress-boots. Kate was wearing a
red & black plaid skirt, a black sweater with a red shirt underneath
it, red knee highs, & black Mary Janes. They arrived at the hall,
walked through the door and saw all Beth's friends sitting at candle
lit tables. "Oh my gosh! Taylor thank you so much!" Beth said
excitedly as she turned around and gave Taylor a big hug. Beth then
went to see all of her friends.
