February, 27 The first new Goo show of the year is announced! Goo's will be performing at the 104 KRBE/Enron Earth Day Festival in Houston on April 1! The show is from 10 am to 7 pm, and features: Vertical Horizon, Edwin McCain, Dido, Smash Mouth, Train, The headlining act will be the Goo Goo Dolls

February 24, As you probably know by now the Goo's lost the Grammy to Santana, However on the flip side I got some great pictures of them from VH1 and MTV check it out!!

February 22, 2000, Johhny to be a presenter at the Grammy's! According to the official Grammy site, John Rzeznik has been added as an award presenter.

Grammy TV coverage "According to the TV guide on Wednesday, E - Entertainment, Vh1, MTV, are all having pre-show Grammy coverage, you never know who they may interview! (check your local listings). Also, TRL is all Grammy (and 2 hours) on Wednesday.

Rosie Grammy Goo: "I was watching Rosie O'Donnell and they had a clip of the Grammy Preview and I saw a little clip of John so on Wednesday I think they'll probably talk to the Goo Goo Dolls or something. February, 23 on Rosie O'Donnell."

February 12, 2000 Buffalo News Goo: The Buffalo News has reported the following: "The GOO GOO DOLLS are up for a Grammy Award, but lead singer Johnny Rzeznik isn't in a happy mood. Johnny Goo recently broke his ankle but hopes to make the Grammy show, which will be Feb. 23 in Los Angeles. Robby Takac, Rzeznik and Mike Malinin of the Goos appeared on Sesame Street and Elmo joined the group to sing a version of their hit single, "Slide."
