Final Fantasy Tactics have three kinds of chocobo. Yellow, black, and red. The red chocobo is the best.

• Yellow Chocobo
  This is the most common chocobo. It could cure allies and attack an enemy. It could cure four allies at most which restores quite a lot of HP. Enough to keep you alive that is.

• Black Chocobo
  Black chocobo fly instead of walk any could also cure allies. This chocobo have one more ability which i think is very cool. The magic cost no MP at all and it splits up into three fire balls and shoot at the enemy.

• Red Chocobo
  Red chocobo is the strongest of all chocobos. It could use all the abilities the cother chocobos could and it also have a special spell called the ChocoMeteor. This spell summons a hug red meteor which falls down at the enemy. It cost a great lot of damage which is very very cool.

Chocobos could not change jobs and equip any weapons or armors.
