ATTRACT BUTTERFLIES


CORONATION GOLD YARROW (ACHILLEA "CORONATION GOLD") ENGLAND
Blooms June to September, yellow-gold flowers, prefers full sun, does well in average to poor soil and grows to 24 to 36 inches x 24 36 inches. Very easy to grow, can stand neglect once established. Dead head for continuous bloom. Fragrant gray-green leaves. Propagate by root cuttings or division. Good for bouquets or drying.

MOONSHINE YARROW (ACHILLEA "MOONSHINE") ENGLAND
Blooms June to September, 16 to 24 inches high x 24 inches wide. Requires full sun, average to poor well drained soil and has pale yellow flowers. Deadheading recommended for continuous bloom. In spring cut rhizomes into 1 1/2 inch pieces and plant 1 1/2 inches deep. Or divide clumps in October. Also recommended for for fresh-cut arrange- ments or drying.

HOLLYHOCKS (ALCEA ROSEA) CHINA
Flowers may be pink, red, yellow, and dark maroon, or pastel shades of these. Require full sun and rich, moist, deep soil. Bloom from July to September and reach 4 to 6 feet in height and 3 feet wide. Plant seeds in early summer and space young plants 24 inches apart. May be propagated by cuttings, but usually seeds.
