Fringe Worlds
Fringe worlds are populated worlds
that exist outside the influence of (but for the most part, fairly close
to) the Confederation or other major interstellar nations. Most of these
worlds are self governed, but some have formed into interstellar governments
of various sizes, called fringe governments.
The Triad Republic
One of the most influential fringe governments
is the Triad Republic. The Traid has figured centrally in many storylines
in the SP6 forum. The Triad Republic is a small but dynamic alliance of
worlds on the frontier of the confederation. The Traid has participated
in some cloak-and-dagger affairs on SP6 and is apparently interested in
gaining the upper hand in an the political arena of fringe governments
near SP6. This has made SP6 a major focal point for them.
Other Fringe Worlds and Governments
There are several other fringe worlds
and governments, human and otherwise. Some of these that are in the proximity
of SP6 are those of the !Benati, the Pho Sa Kai, and the Bandicci. See
