Meditation with Quartz Crystal



What you will need:
A quartz crystal or any crystal you have a special connection with
and a quiet place to meditate.


Holding your crystal and sitting comfortably take a deep breath.
As you breathe out be aware of any tensions leaving the body.
With each breath feel yourself becoming more relaxed and centered.

Now visualize a beautiful column of white light at the crown chakra
(top of the head) this is the guiding light of the universe
and goes beyond the moon and the stars

Breathe this light in bringing it right through the body and
breathe it out around the body

Visualize yourself sitting somewhere relaxing in nature -
bring in all the senses smell the grass, flowers,
hear the rustle of the leaves on the trees,
touch the ground and feel its nourishing energy.


In front of you visualize a golden path.

In your own time step onto the path - the path winds upwards
and with each step you feel lighter and your vibration rises.
The path leads to the top of a hill and you can see in the
distance the most beautiful temple of shining crystal.

Make your way to the temple you will see a doorway
take your time and when you feel ready open the door.


As you step in, you are in the most beautiful temple
with giant crystals glistening everywhere
and sitting in front of you is the priestess of the temple,
she is serene and relaxing - she seems to hold all knowledge
and she sits between pillars of crystal.


Be aware of your vibration raising and feeling filled with beautiful
white light as every cell in your body awakens and vibrates
higher as the energy of this temple and of the magnificent crystals
resonates within you and within your aura.

Take your time and when you feel ready approach the Crystal Spirit.

She has a gift for you.

This gift will help you on your spiritual path in this lifetime.

In your own time slowly make your way back to the entrance
of the temple and onto the golden path.

As you come down the hill you feel yourself coming
back into your physical body, be aware with each step
that you are coming back to your physical body feeling grounded,
relaxed and more complete with this new knowledge and experience.

You find yourself back at the place you were originally sitting.

Bring yourself back into the room, and full consciousness-
wiggle your toes stretch your arms and open your eyes
when you are ready
