This is the most important page of this site.  I've compiled a lot of good links to either get you to document libraries or to get you to news services online where you can pull evidence to use in a debate round.  I'm going to come back in the Fall with probably two or more case cut exclusively from online evidence, so try it out.  Make sure before cutting and tagging you evidence, you read the Internet Citation Page so you don't get thrown out of a tournament or lose a round because of quals...

Research Web-Links:
Just links to external news services which you can use for  evidence...
Debate Info:  This is awesome! Start here for a search of all the good online news sources. Paradigm Research: Excellent general and Russia news source. Also has decent Policy Debate links.
Bonsai Debate: Russia sites and documents by topic. Hitchhiker's Research Page: Russia and general news sites.
Debate Online: Links to HS research sites. Arsenal's Links by Topic:  Good organized set of links by issue topic..

Free Online Evidence:
(not much now, but maybe later....)
Gennifer's Ev: Just a whole bunch of NATO.

Debate Document Libraries:
Links to documents on specific Russia topics.  Download, then cut and paste away...
U Kansas Russia Documents:  News links, then a whole bunch of online readings... Hitchhiker's Docs by Topic: Excellent reading source, broken down by DA or possible Aff..
Bonsai's Online Documents:  Whole mess of unsorted documents on Russia.

External Organizations with
Russia Doc's or Libraries:
'nuff said.
Robust East Network: Not a debate organization, but they don't like NATO, and they have a long unsorted list of Russia docs... Paradigm's List of Web Libraries: Pretty general...
Policy.com: "Russia" documents. Pro-Con: "Issues" documents and links.
Policy.com: "Foreign Affairs" documents. Pro-Con: "International" documents.
Close-Up Foundation: Democracy in Russia Page.  Full text books on Russia and the Former Soviet Union online and I believe they are FREE!!!

Web Search Engines:
Metacrawler:  My personal favorite.  Thie engine ROCKS! Infoseek.
Yahoo!: Stanford grads did this one. Excite: And this one too!!
Lycos. Webcrawler.
Alta Vista. FTPSearch: Great for programs and sometimes documents.  Just searches FTP sites.
