Steak Divine

A great recipe that is really quick to cook.

500gm Rump Steak
1 Onion
8 Sage Leaves
Pepper
Tomato Paste
Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons of oil



Chop the onion into thin slices and finely chop the sage leaves;gently
fry the onion with the sage in the oil until the onion is slightly
browned.Season with the pepper.Cut the steak into thin strips-3cm
long,1/2-1cm wide and thick.Add to the onion and,keeping the heat
source fairly high,cook for one minute,stirring continuously.Add the
tomato puree,reduce the heat a little and continue cooking,stirring
all the time for a further two minutes.Remove pan from the heat,stir
in the cream cheese and serve immediately.
