Since the conference venue is the campus of a private company, we need to work with the Security personnel of Infosys to make the process of entering the campus and registering a smooth one. 

Please follow the ILI rules and regulations.  Your cooperation in this regard is appreciated.

• Please inform vdat04org@vlsi-india.net if you are bringing your laptop and indicate your laptop number so that the Infosys security has advance information.

• Please inform vdat04org@vlsi-india.net if you are coming in your own vehicle, so that the security is kept informed.

• Please declare all media (magnetic/CD) at ILI security.

• The Infosys Leadership Institute is a beautiful campus.  Please ensure that you will maintain the decorum it calls for.  Let’s ensure that the normal working of the employees is in no way hampered.

• In addition to coffee/tea served during breaks, the coffee/tea vending machines in the Workshops venue are available to the participants.

• Please do not smoke at the venue (except in designated areas.) Thanks for your cooperation.

• You can purchase breakfast and dinner at the ILI canteen on all the days.

• You can purchase grocery articles and calling cards at the Convenience Store in the Infosys Campus.

• Please wear your VDAT 2004 badge throughout the duration of the workshop.
