The Garou & other Shapeshifters
Gaia's chosen hold their own place in the city's history, as their ancient influence can still be felt in modern times. In these dark times, the numbers dwindle as the forces of the Wyrm continue to multiple. A convenant of peace with the Kindred seems to be broken, leaving the Garou no choice to prepare for war.

Those who would reshape reality maintain a steady presence in Philadelphia, although in relative secrecy. The Tradition mages of Philadelphia fight foremost for survival, constantly waging guerilla war against the forces of the Technocracy as well as the Tremere.

The Restless Dead
Events of late seem to have angered the dead greatly, stirring them to action. The Tremere report increased wraith activity in the city, particulary near the Liberty Bell. Shades of the past again walk the streets, in some cases boldly attacking the Kindred. The denizens of Necropolis Philadelphia seem to be after something or someone in particular....

With the overwhelming presence of the Technocracy, Kindred & Restless Dead, Philadelphia offers little hope for Glamour seeking Changelings. Rumors hint at scattered pockets of fey throughout the area, no one but the Malkavians have bothered to investigate. What did they find? Ask Acid Queen sometime :-)
